If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any remaining dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) before resorting to litigation. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in London, England.

Severability
